The British Diploma «EXECUTIVE CHEF» (LEVEL 5, 6, 7) certifies professionals with specialized knowledge and skills that enable them to be able to responsibly undertake the organization and operation of a professional kitchen, regardless of size and type.

Knowing the culinary, confectionery elements as well as the restaurant art, they work in the kitchen or hotel unit, supervise and organize its operation, prepare and list the dishes for small and large groups of people according to the defined quality standards of the food unit and the prescribed levels of hygiene.

The British Certification significantly enhances the CV and multiplies the chances of finding a job and professional development in the tourism industry, in Greece and abroad.
